She built the company around getting to know employers and candidates, understanding what each side needed, and making connections with the potential to last. Word spread throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth business community, and Delta Dallas grew along with it.
The business evolved, too. What began with placements in the banking industry expanded over the years into accounting, administrative, human resources, and real estate recruiting. Delta Dallas weathered changing economies and a rapidly growing Metroplex while holding onto the hands-on approach that shaped the company from the beginning.
Today, Delta Dallas remains rooted in DFW and in the idea that started it all: this is a people business.

Linda Crawford starts Delta Dallas from her kitchen, building the company as an alternative to the high-volume staffing model she saw in the industry.
A Future President Joins the Team
Kim Follis joins Delta Dallas as its fourth employee. Over the years, she works across the business and ultimately becomes President.
The Business Expands
Delta Dallas grows beyond its early banking roots, building recruiting capabilities across accounting, administrative and other professional functions as the DFW business community evolves.
The Next Generation Joins
Don Crawford joins Delta Dallas, bringing experience across operations, sales, IT and accounting. He later becomes CEO.
